444ck Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and 444ck ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 444ck website at https://444ck.io and all associated services, games, and promotions.

By registering an account at 444ck, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 444ck platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 444ck from Bangladesh and are written to reflect the expectations and payment methods common to players in that market. Where local laws or regulations apply, those take precedence over anything stated here.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account at 444ck, you must:

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account at 444ck. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. 444ck uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

444ck is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).

The minimum deposit at 444ck is BDT 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though 444ck reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for single deposits above BDT 50,000. 3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 444ck account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet network. 04 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 444ck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

06 Game Rules

All games available on the 444ck platform use certified random number generation (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the individual game information page.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 444ck's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. For games that require player decisions (such as Callbreak), a default action will be applied. 444ck is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the player's side.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the game round completing. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. To raise a dispute, contact support at [email protected] with the game name, round ID, date, and time of the disputed round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 444ck and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting bonus structures in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Callbreak or other card games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or make game decisions on your behalf.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using the 444ck platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. 444ck is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 444ck

444ck reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or game activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. 444ck will notify the account holder by email before applying an inactivity fee of BDT 200 per month. The inactivity fee will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players can reactivate an inactive account by logging in and contacting support.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 444ck account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

09 Responsible Gaming

444ck is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from the player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to read and understand these Terms before playing.

12 Changes to These Terms

444ck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the 444ck platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
